What is the Baha'i Faith
The Baha’i Faith, the world’s newest independent global religion. It teaches the oneness of God, the unity of humanity, and the essential harmony of religion. Baha'is believe that God periodically reveals his will through divine messengers, whose purpose is to transform the character of humankind.
"The purpose of religion as revealed from the heaven of God’s holy Will is to establish unity and concord amongst the peoples of the world; make it not the cause of dissension and strife. The religion of God and His divine law are the most potent instruments and the surest of all means for the dawning of the light of unity amongst men. The progress of the world, the development of nations, the tranquility of peoples, and the peace of all who dwell on earth are among the principles and ordinances of God."

The Bahai's of Grand Junction join other like-minded individuals in trying to address the underlying spiritual and moral challenges that America now faces. These challenges include a broad moral decay, an ever-present and deeply rooted materialism, and long-standing and still unresolved racial prejudices. Our goal is to address these fundamental issues at the individual level through spiritual education for children, youth and adults.
